Zachary didn't properly read the instructions given to him and tried to contact us repeatedly on the wrong email address. Talking alone, he started accusing us and made insulting comments about how we were scammers and things as such. When we did answer to him a few days later, he just answered with "cancel". When informed about the cancellation fee, he said that he was ok with his deposit being forfeited and that the matter was settled. But he lied: he made a chargeback to his bank a few weeks later, adding injury to insult. I would not recommend doing any kind of business with this man who is extremely rude, demanding and lying.
