Site name and purpose

Rebolio is a universal media tracker for films, TV, books, music, and games, in one place. The hosted instance lets you log what you consume, rate it, write notes and reviews, build lists, and share with people you follow.

Hosting provider

The web application and its PostgreSQL database are hosted by Akamai Technologies (Linode brand), 249 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106, USA, on a virtual private server located in the Paris (fr-par-2) data centre, inside the European Union.

Domain registrar

The rebolio.com domain is registered through IONOS SARL (SIRET 431 303 775 000 16), 7 place de la Gare, 57200 Sarreguemines, France.

Technology

Rebolio is built with Next.js 16 and React 19, runs on Node.js, uses Prisma over PostgreSQL for storage, and NextAuth v5 for authentication. Catalog metadata and cover art are fetched from The Movie Database (TMDB) for films and TV, Open Library for books, and the Spotify Web API for music (rolling out).

Intellectual property

The name "Rebolio", the logo, the visual identity, and the application's source code are owned by Neosis Limited. No license is granted to copy, reuse, or redistribute them.

Media metadata and cover art shown in the app come from TMDB, Open Library, Spotify, and other catalog providers, and remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. The French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from its interpretation or application.
